The adjustable shock cord retention securely holds the tourniquet in place during movement while allowing immediate access when needed.
The removable protective flap gives users the flexibility to configure the pouch for either open-top or covered carry based on operational preferences. HSG's innovative "Hand-Up" flap design raises the tourniquet as the flap is opened, allowing faster retrieval during high-stress situations.
